Can I use a Max gift card instore and online?
Yes, whether you choose a digital or printed gift card, it can be redeemed both online and in any Max store nationwide.
How long is my gift card valid for?
Our digital gift cards and printed gift cards expire 3 years from purchase.
Can I use my Max ClubCredits to purchase a gift card?
Unfortunately Max ClubCredits cannot be redeemed when purchasing a gift card.
Can I use a gift card to purchase another gift card?
Unfortunately Max gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
Can I purchase a digital gift card with other items in the same order?
Digital gift cards must be purchased separately and cannot be combined with other products in the same order.
Can I use my digital gift card in NZ or Australia?
Currently digital gift cards can only be used on our New Zealand website or in store.
