We know returns haven't always been this seamless, but we've just updated our returns process. Your order now includes a prepaid courier return label, making returns faster, easier, and far less hassle.
Simply fill in the returns form and affix the pre-addressed returns label that came with your order to your return package.

Condition of items:
RETURNED ITEMS FOR CHANGE OF MIND MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL, UNWASHED CONDITION. WITH ALL LABELS AND SWING TAGS STILL ATTACHED.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable, unless the items are faulty.
Faulty items:
WE STAND BEHIND THE QUALITY OF OUR PRODUCTS AND WILL ALWAYS MEET OUR OBLIGATIONS UNDER THE CONSUMER GUARANTEES ACT.
If your item arrives faulty or doesn't perform as it should, we'll take care of it. Depending on the issue, we'll provide a repair, replacement, refund, or online store credit.
