Received my order promptly

Received my order promptly, however because it was not completely wrapped inside the courier envelope I accidentally nicked the collar with scissors on opening it. My fault completely, however it wouldn't have happened if the inner wrapping had enclosed the whole shirt. I felt I had to point this out, and while my fault was acknowledged it was a nice gesture to offer me a $30 discount off my next purchase.
